Scout Beginning Sound Clip Cards is a hands-on approach to identifying beginning sounds. The children will say the name of the picture, identify the beginning sound, clip a clothespin to the letter that shows the beginning sound. Have your students use clothespins, game chips, dry erase markers or gems to denote which picture begins with the same letter sound as the picture above.
